Solutions to Blood Diamonds

Although Blood Diamonds are a tricky business, there are solutions.  Ways we can reduce this issue is by identifying where they came from.  If we are able to trace where the diamonds come from, we can catch the illegal sellers.  We would also need to have legitimate retailers.  This will ensure a more secure and trustworthy form of diamond flows.  Lastly, we would need to simply be able to control all flow.   This means no outside sellers.  The entire diamond business will be controlled and monitored, and most importantly, legal.
